Building on the fundamentals learned in Developing the Team and the Business (PM14V01), this live course elevates production management skills by understanding how to add the right staff to the team, as well as how to effectively use and enhance the team already in place. Topics include identifying staffing needs, scheduling employee vacation time, managing employee training – including understanding the resources available through I-CAR® – and how to monitor workplace safety using federal, state and local guidelines.

This course applies toward achieving I-CAR® Gold Class™.
