Critical Thinking Makes a Better Shop
When decisions are made without enough thought or with too much emotion, your outcomes can be disappointing at best and awful at worst. Everyone does better when the path forward is well thought out. Deb Van Batenburg will explain the ins and outs of thinking things through so that your shop runs smoother and is more profitable. Deb has written on this subject for years and previously worked at Van Batenburg’s Garage, a busy shop that was started by her husband, Craig Van Batenburg, years before they met. Now both of them are working together at ACDC, an automotive training company in Worcester, Massachusetts.
